AusIS is a secular English medium school which caters for children aged 2 - Grade 7 (12 years).
The school is growing every year as the student population moves up the grades, and will progress to Year 12 level (AUSMAT examinations).
ROLE - "Overseas Consultant"
Key Duties:

Guide the school through the processes required to meet the performance requirements of the Western Australian Curriculum Council.

Recruit and appoint staff. Participate in staff appraisals.

Facilitate and maintain relationships between AusIS relevant education bodies in Western Australia.

Maintain regular contact with school administration and keep appraised of current educational reforms.

Co-ordinate benchmark testing of students.

Ensure the school operates in a cost-effective manner through effective financial planning and management.

Facilitate school development planning with the teaching staff.

Facilitate school strategic planning with the senior administration and Board of Directors.
-
Assist with the on-going planning for the school?s capital growth, in terms of facilities and resources.

Assist with policy development.

Offer professional learning sessions to the schools staff as identified in the school?s development plan.

Report regularly to the Board of Directors.
