PROJECT SUMMARY

The aim of this project is to provide individual support to the seven schools which are members of the Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA) for the introduction, training and implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) module of Scholaris 2007.

It is anticipated that each of the schools will have differing aims with regard to how this and other Scholaris modules, such as Collaboration, will be used within each school community.  It is therefore envisaged that a different implementation plan will be developed for each school, having had discussions with and obtained input from key staff at echa school. 

At each school, several school staff will be selected to undertake a ?Train-the-Trainer? methodology for the implementation of Scholaris 2007 LMS.  The Project Leader will work closely with each of these teachers to ensure full support for the implementation of the LMS with each teacher?s class/es.
